Why ProQ Was Created

Thomas MacDonald is the founder of the Progressive Intelligence movement and the creator of the ProQ™ adaptive intelligence architecture. Over the last three decades, he has worked across retail, home services, consulting, e-commerce, healthcare, manufacturing, and high-growth organizational development — helping leaders transform operational chaos into scalable strategic growth.

Over a 30+ year career, Thomas has launched and scaled nine ventures, helped generate more than $82B in new revenue impact, and supported the growth and transformation of more than 2,950 businesses.

Progressive Intelligence emerged from a deeper truth he kept observing: businesses cannot sustainably scale beyond the adaptive capacity of the people leading them. That realization became the foundation for ProQ™, the ProQ Methodology, adaptive leadership systems, and the broader science of human scalability.
