The Progressive Intelligence Institute ('Institute,' 'we,' 'us') is the authority body for the Progressive Intelligence™ framework and the ProQ™ measurement system. This Privacy Policy applies to this website and to publications, assessments, and resources distributed under the Institute's name.

Sister properties — ProQ Assessment, ProQ Systems, and ProQ Academy — operate under their own privacy notices. When data moves between properties, we disclose the transfer and the purpose.

Contact information you provide directly (name, email, organization, role) when you subscribe to publications, submit the contact form, or request a partnership conversation.

Assessment metadata when you opt in to research-grade studies. Individual ProQ™ scores are never published with identifying information.

Standard technical data (IP address, device, browser, referring page) collected through privacy-respecting analytics to understand traffic and improve content.

To respond to inquiries, deliver requested resources, and operate the Institute's research and editorial programs.

To improve the framework through anonymized, aggregated analysis of how leaders and organizations engage with our work.

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information to third parties.

We do not run third-party ad networks against your data.

We do not publish identifying assessment results without explicit, written consent.

Data is stored on encrypted infrastructure with access limited to authorized Institute personnel and contracted operators bound by confidentiality obligations.

We retain information only as long as needed to deliver the service you requested, meet legal obligations, or conduct longitudinal research you have opted in to.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. We respond within 30 days.

If you are in the EU, UK, California, or another jurisdiction with statutory data rights (GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA), those rights apply to your data regardless of where the Institute is operating.

We use a minimal set of first-party cookies for session continuity and analytics. We do not deploy third-party advertising cookies. You may disable cookies in your browser without losing access to public content.
